If you encounter any issues with the plugin, please check the following:

  1. Ensure your Moodle™ platform meets the minimum requirements for the plugin.

  2. Verify that your API Key is correctly filled in, and valid.

  3. Check the logs of your Moodle™ platform (Site administration > Reports > Logs) for any error messages related to the plugin.
